The Elevity platform is an evolving set of services and solutions that help your business connect with Elevity in a safe, secure and efficient way. The Elevity platform includes vCIO services, system maintenance and management software services.
The client will be assigned a dedicated virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO). The vCIO will work closely with the client to develop IT initiatives, roadmaps, and budgets. As part of their commitment to the client, the vCIO will join regular cadence meetings as needed and conduct up to two Strategic Business Review meetings annually. The vCIO serves as a strategic advisor and a technical communication bridge to engage the engineering team for hands-on engineering tasks.
Elevity conducts regular reviews of IT systems to ensure their optimal functionality. The primary goal is to proactively maintain the systems and prevent any avoidable issues. While automated systems have been implemented by Elevity, it remains crucial to have human oversight to thoroughly examine these systems.
The Elevity platform includes additional software solutions which provide automated documentation tools, comprehensive change level tracking, secure password rotation, identity verification, warranty status, portal access to your tickets and advanced reporting tools.

Elevity’s Pooled hours for IT services are a commitment of labor hours for Elevity resources. All Elevity Hourly Services and travel time will be billed to Client according to the following rate structure:
- A Standard rate for each service (detailed in the description of each service). Standard rates apply when service is provided during Elevity’s normal business hours (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Mon-Fri, not including holidays).
- After-Hours Services: Services provided outside normal business hours which have been scheduled at least 2 business days before service is provided, will be billed at 150% of the applicable rate and includes a 1-hour minimum service charge.
- Emergency Services: When unscheduled service outside normal business hours is requested or when immediate service is requested, and an engineer must disengage from servicing another client, labor will be billed at 200% of the applicable rate and includes a two-hour minimum service charge.
- All Hourly Support Services and associated travel will be billed with a 15-minute minimum and actual time after that.
- If no standard rate is listed or you are beyond the initial term of your agreement without a renewal and service is used you will be billed at the then current Elevity posted rates for all service and round trip travel
