Service Desk Engineer I - Appleton, WI
This role is responsible for providing first level remote support to clients, answering support queries, troubleshooting support tickets, and escalating more complex service issues to the appropriate technicians and engineers. You will ensure client needs are handled in a timely manner and customer service standards are met. This role will also monitor client infrastructure and backup alerts, review and resolve problematic system backups, and ensure integrity of client infrastructure.
